Return Policy
We want you to love your thobe. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at contact@thobeelez.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
